About this event

Haymarket's annual Holiday and Christmas Bazaar turns downtown into a small-town Christmas market for one afternoon. Local crafters and small businesses sell handmade gifts and stocking stuffers, so it is a good place to shop local for the holidays.

Children can make a take-home craft in Santa's Workshop. Santa and Mrs. Claus ride through town and stop to visit with kids, and families can warm up with hot cocoa and cider while carolers and local musicians perform holiday music.

As it gets dark, a bonfire in front of Haymarket Town Hall is the place to roast marshmallows. Pets are welcome.

The bazaar runs from 2 to 6 p.m. on Washington Street and is free to attend. Vendors can apply for a booth through the Town of Haymarket.
