Start from your profile
Open your business's page and use the Claim this listing link. You will be asked for your name, your role at the business, a contact email and a short explanation of how we can confirm you represent it.
What we check
An editor confirms your connection to the business before transferring anything. Usually that means a call to the business's published phone number, or an email to a domain that matches the business website. We are deliberately slow here: handing a listing to the wrong person creates a problem that is difficult to reverse.
Claims are never applied automatically, no matter how complete the form is.
What claiming lets you do
A claimed listing lets you correct your address, phone number and hours, add a description and photos, and receive the contact requests visitors send through your profile.
What it costs
Claiming is free. Listing is free. Paid plans exist for owners who want every customer request delivered and higher placement in search results, and those are described on the pricing page. Claiming a listing does not obligate you to buy anything.
If something is wrong and you are not the owner
Use Report an issue on the profile instead. That reaches the same editors without asserting a business relationship you do not have.
